The hotel is conveniently located close to the metro, making it easy to explore the city. It is also very near from the downtown area, allowing guests to easily access popular attractions. the hotel is situated very close to a tram stop, providing convenient transportation options.
The front desk staff was reported to be clueless and insensitive, which can be a major drawback when trying to receive assistance or information during your stay.

This place is in a great location, very conveniently near the city center and right next to tube which is a huge plus. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room amenities include air conditioning, an in-room safe, television, electric kettle, and a flat-screen TV. The hotel also has a dining restaurant and a bar/lounge area. The buffet breakfast is delicious and there are a variety of options to choose from.
I recommend this hotel to families.

Large and clean beautiful rooms with tasteful decor and high ceilings. Helpful staff who speak good English. Convenient location within walking distance to the main attractions.
Lack of air conditioning in the rooms, uncomfortable during hot weather. Open windows let in a lot of noise from the busy road, making it difficult to sleep.
